GARLIC GASM GREEN TEA, CITRUS & GARLIC RUB
This rub is AMAZING...
Take a whiff and you get delicious citrus with smoky green tea and notes of our secret blend of herbs and spices. Of course, there is also plenty of garlic to help this rub enhance lighter meats, poultry and seafood.
Makes a terrific and EASY salad dressing:
Shake 3/4 cup salad oil (olive), 1/4 Cup white wine or cider vinegar, 1 tsp Green Tea Rub in a glass jar. Use or refrigerate.
Directions: Pat meat dry with paper towels and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle rub evenly over all sides of meat. A heavy, even coating ensures a nice crust and sealed juices. Once rubbed, set aside to marinate 30-60 minutes. Refrigerate, if needed, to marinate longer.
