GARLIC GASM SMOKED BLACK TEA & GARLIC RUB
This smoky rub is laden with garlic, black tea and our secret blend of spices. Its terrific on steaks, burgers and rubs and makes one killer tri-tip.
Directions: Pat meat dry with paper towels and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle rub evenly over all sides of meat. A heavy, even coating ensures a nice crust and sealed juices. Once rubbed, set aside to marinate 30-60 minutes. Refrigerate, if needed, to marinate longer.
