GARLIC GASM CHIPOTLE LIME RUB
So if the name sounds a little familiar, that's because it is! We took our popular dip mix, freshened it up with chunkier ingredients and turned it into a fantastic rub! If you like Garlic and you like spicy, this rub is for you. Not so hot that you will cry, but just enough for a little heat and lots of flavor to enhance your meat, poultry and even seafood.
Rub Directions: Pat meat dry with paper towels and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle rub evenly over all sides of meat. A heavy, even coating ensures a nice crust and sealed juices. Once rubbed, set aside to marinate 30-60 minutes. Refrigerate, if needed, to marinate longer.
