BAKING RECIPES
CRUMBLE TOPPING
1 cup of all-purpose flour
2/3 cup brown sugar packed
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon MARKS MARKET
1/2 cup butter cut up
DIRECTIONS
Combine apple, water and sugar or honey in a large. COVER and cook on low for about 10 min. until apples are just tender. Drain. Add rhubarb,stir.
Spoon into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Crumble Topping:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over apple and rhubarb mixture.
Bake uncovered in a 350 deg oven for 30 min. until top is browned. Serves 6

YORKSHIRE PUDDING
1 cup water at room temp
3 large eggs
Directions
Put flour and salt into a large bowl and combine
Add the milk, water and eggs
Beat until combined and bubbles start to form.
Cover and let sit at room temp. for about 1 hour.
Put muffin tin pan into 450 deg oven for about 20 min until real hot.
Remove from oven and spray with cooking spray.
Fill each tray until 3/4 full. Bake at 450 deg F for 15 min. decrease temp to 350 deg F and bake for additional 15 to 20 min. until puffed and golden.
This makes 12 Yorkshire puddings, So good with lots of gravy and roast beef.
