Story
Slow Smoke Gold BBQ Sauce was created to be our competition slather – the indispensable coating of flavour applied to raw meat before the House of Q House Rub is shaken on. This gold mustard sauce is incredibly tasty and has quickly become a fan favourite.
Description
Slow Smoke Gold BBQ Sauce is a mustard-based BBQ sauce that is at first zingy and tangy from the mustard and vinegar, and then provides a hint of heat with pepper and cayenne notes.
Common Applications
Slow Smoke Gold BBQ Sauce is fabulous as a dipping sauce or on anything that wants mustard, but is also delicious as a glaze on salmon or pork ribs.
Other Uses
Outstanding in vegetable dips, potato salad or devilled eggs.
Ingredients
Mustard, vinegar, ketchup (tomato paste, liquid sugar, white vinegar, salt, onion powder, spices), brown sugar, Worcestershire Sauce (distilled vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, water, salt, caramel color, garlic, sugar, spices, anchovies, tamarind, natural flavor), spices.

Story
Apple Butter BBQ Sauce started at home with 40 pounds of apples. We peeled, cored, and then simmered them with molasses, brown sugar, cinnamon and rum – to name just some of the ingredients. Our first batch was pressure-canned, just like Mom taught us, and we debuted it at BBQ competitions. It must have been good, because we won awards when we used it!
Description
Apple Butter BBQ Sauce is a sweet, thick, smoky BBQ sauce with an aroma of apples, cinnamon and molasses. Its flavour is balanced between tangy bite and spice, with a texture like smooth apple sauce.
Common Applications
Perfect for glazing grilled chicken, pork ribs, chops or tenderloin. Awesome condiment on anything grilled or wanting a rich BBQ sauce flavour.
Other Uses
Simmered in sauteed onions or used in hand-made burgers or meatloaf.
