Q: What happens if a product that I orderd is out-of-stock? A: With our state-of-the-art inventory control system, we are able to minimize our out-of-stocks. Products that are out-of-stock are quickly updated on our website as they occur. Wherever possible, the date when the out-of-stock is expected back in stock is listed. However, despite our very best efforts, unforeseen and unavoidable situations can occur. If an item is out of stock, we will try to contact you with a suitable substitute(s). We will try to hold the order as long as possible if we are unable to reach you promptly.
