WEEKEND BREAKFAST
The weekend is approaching us very fast. With it comes the master of the house I do know that you are both masters
WEEKEND BREAKFAST (pancakes, bacon and eggs)
PANCAKES are the kids favourite so therefore I hope they will like these this will make 4 servings, 2 pancakes each
1 cup of flour
2 tbsp of sugar or honey (MARKS MARKET)
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup of milk or you can change it up a bit and add egg-nog
2 tbsp of oil
Start to cook your BACON
To make them mix first 4 ingredients
Beat egg, milk in a medium bowl until blended. STIR in flour mixture mix thoroughly. Ladle batter onto hot griddle or skillet sprayed with cooking spray use about 1/4 cup per each pancake. Cook until pancake starts to bubble on top, flip and cook till golden brown.
Cook your eggs the way your family likes them and enjoy it. Your family deserves it.

CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST This recipe will feed 4 people
1 large egg
2 egg whites
1/4 cup of milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (MARKS MARKET)
1/2 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon (MARKS MARKET)
1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg
8 thick slices of FRENCH OR ITALIAN bread any type of thick slice bread will work, even RAISIN bread.
Maple syrup for serving (MARKS MARKET)
DIRECTIONS
In a shallow bowl beat the egg and egg whites until foamy. Add the milk, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Preheat your oven to 200 DEG F use for keeping toast warm. Lightly spray a non stick griddle with cooking spray,heat to medium heat. Dip 4 of the bread slices into the egg mixture turning to coat, shake of excess.
Place bread slices on griddle. Cook until golden brown turning once, 1 to 2 min per side. Keep cooked slices warm in oven. Repeat process with balance of bread slices.
You can sprinkle lightly with cinnamon sugar if you like and top with maple syrup. Serve and enjoy. Like us and share us.
