GARLIC GASM SRIRACHA GARLIC TEA RUB

The Sriracha and Garlic offering is a tangy offering, with just the right amount of kick. Plenty of garlic, smoked tea and other herbs enhance the meat rather than overwhelm it. A terrific choice for the beef lover, great on game meats, spicier ribs and more.
Directions: Pat meat dry with paper towels and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle rub evenly over all sides of meat. A heavy, even coating ensures a nice crust and sealed juices. Once rubbed, set aside to marinate 30-60 minutes. Refrigerate, if needed, to marinate longer.
